Wilderness First Aid Certification
Trek for Trevor’s Wilderness First Aid Certification program is to student members of The Ohio State Mountaineers, OSU’s hiking club. Trevor was a Mountaineers member from 2016-2019, and this partnership leaves a legacy of safety for fellow Buckeyes. honors that community by teaching practical, evidence-based skills to assess, treat, and manage common backcountry injuries when help is not close.
The course teaches hikers the skills to assess, treat and manage common backcountry injuries when help is not close. OSU students can apply for Trek for Trevor grants through The Mountaineers.
